Breaking: Breitling To Relaunch Another Heritage Brand

With the impending relaunch of Universal Geneve, Breitling and Partners Group have acquired another historic brand known for its chronographs.

Breitling and Partners Group, the private investment firm that took a stake in the brand in 2017, have acquired the rights to Gallet Watch, according to multiple sources at or close to Breitling.

The move comes after Breitling announced its acquisition of Universal Geneve in December 2023. Like Universal Geneve, Gallet is a historic Swiss brand particularly known by collectors for its chronographs from the 1930s through the ‘60s.
