Thanks for the great writeup and photo fest. Think I must've got a dopamine hit from almost every single watch on the list... does that make me addicted? :)
Love the guy with the 'disco volante'. If he actually wears it like that, all one can say is hats off! All the Explorers, Newman Daytonas, Royal Oaks and so on are great, but we need more people like that guy mixing things up!
haha not sure i could pull it off, but it’s a look!
you’re right, i often don’t think about the watches i didn’t see until after, but not a lot of integrated sports watches (Nautilus, Royal Oak. etc.) this year. An interesting observation.
There were a lot of Daytonas though, my photos aren’t representative of that :)
wow – The Met is a fitting place for these museum quality pieces – that honeycomb 6350 is a grail of grails
Same, like the Paul Newman of Explorers!
Props to whoever brought a two tone GP with breguet numerals that made it into this photo report. Subtle flex on that patek watch roll too
that’s chris, he writes for bloomberg and he’s the man!
Wow. A lot of special stuff in here.
STRONG set of photos there 😮💨
all in the watches my friend
and in a trained eye

Love your essay/point about specificity. Pics are great. Looking forward to the follow ups.
Collector features soon!
I’m a simple man with simple taste. Just the gold 6238 for me please. Oh and the manual wind Tudor sub. Oh, and the Arabic dial Ranger.
Great pictures of a broad variety of amazing watches. I also recommend the coverage of this year’s event on Hodinkee for further photos
🙏 🙏🙏
Not normally my thing, but I'm really into that A&F signed Heuer chronograph. Great pics, Tony!
thank you sir!
Thanks for this, looking forward to seeing more. Pleasure seeing you.
Cheers. (Kevin’s pieces always so good)
good to see you, as always!
So much inspiration in one post!
Amazing photos thanks for sharing!
thanks dan!
Thank you for such great photos. Liking that Cartier Paris Tank Normale and its elegant strap.
Original Cartier strap!
That Breguet Empire! Looks like an amazing time.
Always a favorite
Cool Tony. Hope to make this get together in the future. Super cool photos!!!
